These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by Ocean Global Mark, with C.I.F. number B-35101088, to natural persons or companies. Any order placed to our webshop necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sale of distrimarsl.com/org or any associated domain or subdomain in force on the day on which the corresponding order is carried out. Prices

The prices published in the web store are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. The prices do not include VAT or IGIC tax in the case of the Canary Islands applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate or any other tax will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in the web store. Offers on products for sale in the webshop will be displayed in the "Offers" section or will be indicated in the product sheet and, if not otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

After the new regulations of 2021, some shipments, such as those of correos can entail additional customs clearance costs, are usually about € 7.00 approximately.

Different Payment Methods

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made in the web store through the following payment methods. Credit card, PayPal, Bizum (if available )Bank transfer / deposit account. Payment in store.

3.5 Deferred payment, the customer will be asked for certain documentation that we will provide to the financial institution for approval. 3.6 The customer may pay at our headquarters in cash or by any other payment method that is accepted at the corresponding branch. The material will be delivered as requested, once payment has been received.

Product

The offers presented in our webshop are valid within the limit of available stocks. Ocean Global Mark reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit Ocean Global Mark in any way

Shipments

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent together with the shipment although they can also be sent separately. The possible delay in delivery will not imply either cancellation of the order or any compensation. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package-s to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery note and not at another time. In the case of shipments outside Spain as well as where it was required, the customer is responsible for the payment of taxes at destination as well as the customs management fees applied by the transport company. No deliveries are made to PO Boxes. The availability indicated in our products is for informational purposes only and never implies a commitment to deliver on date between the seller and the customer. This information may be affected by specific situations originating in companies linked to but not related to ours (stock breaks of manufacturers / wholesalers, incidents in deliveries by transport companies, etc ...). If you place an order in which it includes several products with different availability, the shipment will be made according to the availability of the product with a longer delivery time. If you wish to receive the products in Stock and later receive the products with a longer delivery time (partial delivery), the customer must bear the costs of the second shipment.

Return and cancellation policies

7.1 Return of goods: In compliance with current regulations, the right to return any item purchased from Ocean Global Mark is granted,(except for material expressly ordered for the customer and that is not part of our collection of products or settlements) within 5 days from the date of receipt. You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in our webshop, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado, taking into account the following conditions: Ocean Global Mark will not accept returns after 5 calendar days from delivery. In the event of the return within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return, in compliance with the provisions of article 44.3 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. Ocean Global Mark will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect condition, as well as its seals and packaging. Free of seal tapes and with no damage even if these are merely aesthetic, Ocean Global Mark will not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original and these are not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes is prohibited. Due to its special characteristics, Ocean Global Mark will not accept returns of the following products: products that come packaged in blisters, sealed products, easily reproducible products (e.g. software), non-usual products specific to the customer, products developed to measure for the customer, products out of collection, discontinued or on offer or liquidation and services. The expenses derived from the provision of services (shipping costs, cash on delivery, etc.), will not be objects of return, only the value of the product. In the case of products with free shipping costs, the amount corresponding to the shipping costs generated will be deducted from the total returned, even if these were not charged when the shipment was made. Any return must be requested from Ocean Global Mark in  writing to comercial@oceanglobalmark.com indicating in it the comment you want and the invoice number.  Ocean Global Mark will issue a return number (RMA number). Once the customer has received the RMA number he will deliver the products to the address specified by Ocean Global Mark The costs of this transport will be borne by the customer. Within a maximum period of 10 days of receipt of the return, Ocean Global Mark undertakes to refund it. If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Ocean Global Mark will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you for reasons adjusted to law, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs. No type of return will be accepted without the corresponding purchase invoice.

7.2 Cancellation of order: If the cancellation of the order is received before the departure of goods, the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.

7.3 Returns of out-of-collection or discontinued products are not allowed.
